Refund Policy

We stand behind our products and want you to be completely satisfied. If for any reason you are not happy with your purchase, you may return it within 60 days of delivery for a full refund.

 

Return Process

  1. Contact our Customer Service team at contact@oceaclean.com.au to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.
  2. Pack the unused portion of the product securely in its original packaging.
  3. Write the RMA number clearly on the outside of the package.
  4. Ship the package back to the return address provided by our team.

 

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will process a refund for the product cost and any original shipping charges to the original payment method. Please allow 5-7 business days for the refund to be processed.

 

Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or we shipped the wrong item. We recommend using a trackable shipping method.
